- Once a digital product has been purchased and the payment is confirmed, cancellation is not possible as the product is delivered instantly.

💸 Refunds
Due to the non-tangible and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
Refunds will only be granted under the following exceptional conditions:
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- You did not receive the product due to a technical error and we are unable to provide access within 48 hours.
- The file is corrupted or not working, and a replacement version cannot be provided.
